I hope you all had a great week! I definitely did. To start of an awesome week, I found Twix bars for 1cd apiece. (About $0.20) and they are like the ones with two bars inside. So I bought a box of them for 25 cds or 5 US dollars which was truly a great find.
Wednesday: Transfers rolled around and they went great. I had zone leader training and then got a chicken beef wrap, which was sooo amazing, but it will bite me back later on my stomach but it was good. My new area is Ashaiman 2, which is a branch. That night was the branch president’s birthday, so we went to wish him a happy birthday.
Thursday: The missionary I am replacing went home so this area hasn’t been worked. so today we went around contacting.
Friday was awesome. We taught, I believe his name is James or Joshua, and he tends to forget so I was like, lets watch the restoration video clip with him. We did and the Spirit was so great.
Saturday I went back to Teshie to see Sister Regina and Elese be baptized, but right as I got there it was pushed back to Sunday. So sadly, I didn’t get to see it, but it did happen and I am so happy.
Sunday church started off with only 10 people so it was interesting. By the end there was 30. It’s so different from my last area, but that means there is a lot of work to do.
Hope you all have a great week.
Love,
Elder Marcusen
