On transfer day all missionaries transferring gather at the Mission home. I'm sure behind the scenes its a crazy and hectic day, but to the missionaries it's a happy reunion as they get to see missionaries they haven't seen in a while or previous companions. The missionary's belongings are then loaded onto TroTros and missionaries are taken to their new areas.
