Well, WHAT A CRAZY AWESOME WEEK!!!!!!
So, I will skip to Friday. We had a devotional with our mission, the Accra West mission, and the mission presidents of the two other Ghana missions. We were singing hymns waiting and then in walks Elder Christofferson of the quorum of the 12 Apostles, followed by Elder Vincent of the presidency of the 70 followed by Bishop Caussé the Presiding Bishop of the church, then Elder Nash, Elder Dube and Elder Martinez of the Africa west presidency. It was truly awesome hearing from the Lords servants. The main focus of the conference was the Book of Mormon and how as missionary’s we have been set apart and have the authority of God to teach. That we are the arms of the First Presidency and 12 Apostles.
One scripture I would like to share is in Omni 1:26
And now, my beloved brethren, I would that ye should come unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel, and partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption. Yea, come unto him, and offer your
whole souls as an offering unto him, and continue in fasting and praying, and endure to the end; and as the Lord liveth ye will be saved.
On Sunday we had a special stake conference with Elder Vincent, which was really cool. I learned some great analogy’s. President Keyes was also there. I am getting transferred for my last six weeks to New Legon. So back to an old apartment (but different area) I was in back in 2017. This will be my 9th area and my 14th companion. I will have more than double the amount of areas and companions as most. But it’s cool. It makes time fly and it’s great that the mission president can trust me to go around where ever he asks.
