Week 84

Hello everyone,

The Internet cafe we are at doesn’t let us put pen drives in, so I can’t send pictures, so I will next week.

Monday’s dinner was amazing! We were in Tema and got potato salad and Lasagna then chocolate banana cake, which was heavenly.  But I know I will suffer from it the next couple of days.

Tuesday we went to Sun city’s district council and did Zone Leader stuff. As Zone Leaders we have to go to every district in our zone. There are 28 missionary’s in the zone (the largest zone) and 4 districts, so we are knocking them out one by one.

Wednesday we had a great day teaching. We taught Richard and he is progressing well. Hopefully next month we will have his baptism.

Thursday we had an exchange and I was with Elder Crandall who is a greenie. We had a great day teaching. One appointment was with old man Richard who is very interested and loves the gospel.

Friday… well today we were offered weed.  These guys we are teaching kept trying to convince us that Christ and the twelve apostles were rastas and loved smoking. They were very adamant and would not listen to us, so we gave up on them for the day. That evening the AP’s came and took my companion and one stayed for an exchange.

Saturday we taught Isaac. He told us he would come to church tomorrow and that is so exciting. He is progressing very well. We also had some other great lessons.

Sunday Isaac came to church and the elders quorum president is one of his friends. He just took him and introduced him to everyone and it was amazing. So hopefully he will come again.
