Well, it’s another great week in Ghana.
Training has made time just fly by. I cannot believe this was the sixth week together. At this rate, Christmas will be here soon. So this week was great. We taught Promise, who drilled us with questions for a while. It was fun using the scriptures to answer him. We also taught Kestion, who is really starting to grasp our message. It’s awesome because he’s my comps first contact in this area. We had an amazing lesson on prayer and its importance and so on. Also this week we have been working on Regina and her daughter. It’s going good but slow but she will be baptized hopefully in November with Kestion and Caleb. We are working hard guiding them to the path of conversion. Today is probable the coldest day yet on my mission, it is in the high 70s and I almost froze last night. When we taught Steven and Mavis, we decided to change it up and played Uno. They loved it and got really in to it and it was great! (Pictured below)
Have a great week
Love,
Elder Marcusen
