Week 46

Hello Everyone,
Wow! Today was amazing, but I will get back to it later in my email.

Tuesday
We went around so my companion could say good-bye to everyone he wanted to see. We also taught a couple of lessons.

Wednesday
Well, my new companion didn't show up when the tro tro came bringing all the new people to our zone. So I had to wait around all day with another Elder who's companion didn't show up. In the evening the office elders brought them. My new companion is Elder Nsingani from Congo.  He has been out 6 months and is learning English.

Thursday
We read the book of Mormon with Sister Rosalinda and learned about what we read. Today we also contacted a lot of people.

Friday
So today we found out that our baptism has been moved to tomorrow morning. We taught Comfort and a couple others and contacted even more. My new companion loves to contact which is great. In the evening we visited the Ampows.

Saturday
We had the baptism for Lidia and Nii #2 which went really well.

Sunday
Stake conference, they had couples talk and give testimony together which was different but cool.

Monday
So today, we woke up at 4:50AM to get to Accra by 7:30. The reason for this was we were meeting with Elder Soares of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles. There was a last minute venue change to the MTC, which was awesome. Just walking in to the MTC you could just feel an amazing feeling of the Spirit, then it got even better when Elder Soares walked in. He talked about many things. One thing he said was that faithful service on mission = strong faithful wife! One of the coolest most powerful things he did was at the end. He gave us all an apostolic blessing, which was very spiritual and uplifting.
